Production - Production Lines

Packed in cardboard boxes with standard bar code 128 label and positioned on EPAL - IPCC for subsequent closure with straps and plastic film.

Materials and Certifications

The TIYAN switching transformers are manufactured in compliance with international safety standards. EN60950 e EN 61558-2-16, as well as the REACH and ROHS directives.The composition materials are as follows: Self-extinguishing plastic materials according to UL-94V0 standard. synthetic resin (class F varnish) grade 2 copper wires coil made of class B or F plastic material Other series on request: EF; ETD; EP; EPC; ER-ERL; PQ; RM. The insulation between the primary/secondary windings is tested and guaranteed up to 4000V

Quality

Electrical and dimensional checks are performed on a sampling basis according to AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) standards, and all detected parameters are recorded in specific modules (test reports) for rapid verification and traceability of the production batch. 100% of the products are tested at the end of production.
